OUTSOURCING Inc. and its group companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Group”) fully acknowledge the importance of Personal Information (refers to Personal Information as set forth in Article 2, paragraph (3) of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure—hereinafter referred to as the “My Number Act,” and includes Specific Personal Information as set forth in Article 2, paragraph (8) of the My Number Act), and believe it is the Group’s social responsibility to protect Personal Information appropriately. Thus, conforming to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the My Number Act, all of the Group’s officers and employees shall observe laws, regulations and other codes concerning the protection of Personal Information throughout all of its business activities, and the Group as a whole shall commit to the following principles with an aim to continuously manage and improve its Personal Information protection system:

1. Acquisition and Use of Personal Information

The Group shall obtain Personal Information through legitimate and just means, and use the obtained Personal Information within the scope of the purpose of use stated at the time of acquisition, and within the scope necessary to carry out operations. The Group shall also disclose a notice concerning the acquisition and use of Personal Information titled “Handling of Personal Information.”

2. Observation of laws, regulation and codes

In handling Personal Information, the Group shall observe laws, regulations and other codes applicable to the protection of Personal Information.

3. How to Manage Cookies

You can reject or restrict cookies by changing the settings of the browser to be used, or by other means, and cookies created on the device can be deleted at any time. However, if you do not approve cookies, or delete cookies, the functions, etc. of our website may not be available.
